NO!
On the hot water side an Ideal Response 120 is 35kW
(less on CH perhaps)

Water flow at the same temp is proportional the kW.
For a shower 24 is ok, for filling a bath the bigger the quicker.
Minimum about 30 I'd suggest.

Even with 35 (or 42...), running both together is a stretch.

It could say the boiler came in Pink, but it is still wring.

It is 11.7kW to 23.4kW to heating. Same as the Response 100

It is 35.2kW to hot water.

Not sure how many more professionals you would like to beg to differ with?

My personal choice is the Atmos HE32, Intergas HRE 36/30 , or Atag Q series if you want to sacrifice boiler size for output.
