What are the best dimmable LED swiches, units and bulbs?

Morning everyone,
Just a quick question.Upgrading our kitchen and as my subject heading says we're looking for the best dimmable LED switches, units and bulbs on the market. The bulbs will be set flush into the the ceiling.
Any help would be brilliant...

Why on earth would you want to dim lights in a work room like a kitchen? Bulbs flush into the ceiling will give pretty poor light to start off with.

Fair comment...that being the case how many bulbs would you recommend in a 6x3M galley kitchen?

You would want 1,000-2,000 lumens ambient lighting plus dedicated task lighting for the work areas. If you don't have the task lighting, first question would be why not, but then you'd need to double the ambient lighting and possibly more. No way to say how many bulbs that is, possibly only one depending on the fitting and bulb power.
