They're like plastic plugs on the wall?

The plugs are in the bathroom
The other side fothe wall is the boiler cupboard and beyond that is a bedroom

is the wall a masonry wall or a stud partition?
Is the bathroom on the first floor or the ground floor?

They look like tap hole stoppers - used to cover boiler bolts ? as said. Just measure their height and distance from door and transfer into boiler cupboard
