So I made her unplug it, to prevent electrocution to myself, and today tightened up its connections. They were twist type connections strangely, and a 10A fuse fitted? I thought fuses came in 3, 5 and 13A configurations?
Fuses come in many ratings.
But in domestic wiring I've only ever seen 3, 5 and 13A fuses. Internally I've seen anything from 350mA to 60A fuses, but never a 10A fuse in a plug!
