What drill / breaker / laser to get

Currently refurbishing a house and need a couple of tools.

I've got a corded Bosch SDS drill

but I think I need something with a bit more power to break up a 10m long x 30cm deep concrete slab running along the side of the house. I've tried getting a bar under the slab to lift it and break it, but as the slab is on sand it's not working.
Was thinking of this 18kg breaker

Is there something better / more suitable? It's reduced at the moment to £170

I'm also looking to get a cordless drill, possibly the Makita -

Is there anything better / better value for around the same price?

Lastly,
I'm going to put up a false ceiling and level a floor as both are bowing, is this stanley laser a good buy?
