Plumbed in a new oven. Wiring took 10-15 mins, tidying all the packaging up etc another 30 mins.
Don't you mean 'wired in a new oven'?

Where are you? I lived there for a couple of years, Potters Bar. Was a handy spot when I was commuting into London for a job.You are only round the corner from me.
Andy
Yeah, not far. Brookfield Farm was where I'd go shopping when I lived in Hertford (even closer!).I'm in Cheshunt.
Andy
Ah, that would be telling! So you have Posh Spice's parents as neighbours, lol. Goffs Oak?I'm about 200 yards from Brookfield, where do you live now?

Just back from dropping my cat off to the Royal Vet Hospital in Potters Bar. My local vet screwed up big time today after a routine x-ray at a mere £700, (she has a leg that occasionally gives her trouble at the mo), they overdosed her 5 times the recommended max dose of painkiller by not following their own safety protocol.
So our poor cat, instead of being home and recovering all safe and snug had to be driven a fair distance to a better animal hospital. She is now hooked up to a UV drip, being pumped full of meds to try and bind the overdose to it to be flushed out instead of it attacking her organs and will be in this situation for at least 48 hours. We've got to hope that she doesn't suffer kidney failure or stomach problems. I am proper angry and so very worried. The vets kept saying it was an accident.. told em an accident is dropping a mug or stubbing your toe, not following safely protocols over medications is negligence.
Not so local any more. We had to wait for a decent animal hosptial with 24hr care to get back to us with a place available. It was either P.Bar or Dick White hospital in Cambs. She needs specialist care right now and those places are few and far between.Don't worry, I'm not popping over.
But you must be quite local to go to Potter bar.
Andy
That’s terrible! Fingers and everything else crossed for you and your cat.
