....Doggers.....

Bought some more premium bonds for me and Mrs Mottie - 0.000000001% interest on savings is not tempting me...

6 bags of compost and 10 canes from our allotment shop. The elderly person that sold them had to write down:

5.50
5.50
5.50
5.50
5.50
5.50
6.50

and she still had to get me to double check her working out! To be fair, she laughed and did say "I didn’t pay much attention at school". I was surprised though as I thought it was only the younger generation that couldn’t do arithmetic without a calculator - even when I was at school, the times table were drummed into us.

I bought a dual camera dash cam, easily fitted and working.
Only problem is trying to view the videos on my pc, coz whenever your rooting through drawers I come across an SD card reader often but the day I need one I cannot find one.. :( lol

I have a card reader on my laptop but I’m down to one micro SD adaptor so I leave that in the laptop.

Some ear wax softener for the MIL Yuk!
I had my ear wax removed by micro suction. Double yuk.

The woman in the video is the one that did it. She sucked a pellet of wax out in one go from each ear and the pellets were the size of a cigarette filter!

Remember when I was a child the doctor using a large chrome syringe full of warm water to remove ear wax. Was a very strange but not unpleasant feeling as he filled my ear with the water and then withdrew it complete with wax. Bit like the tide going in then going back out again.

Seems they've stopped that method now as they think it may be risky.

They thought it might cause brain damage?

Sushi for Sunday dinner

Nothing for myself but I've just made a donation to the family of that young lad who lost his life trying to save a suicide victim. What a terrible tragedy.
