"Himalayan pink salt is lower in sodium than regular table salt and considered one of the purer salt varieties.

if it's lower in sodium, it must be adulterated with some product that is not salt; therefore it cannot be "purer." It must be less pure.

I once bought some cod liver oil tablets, which had the following strapline across the front of the container,


"Naturally inspired".

Which I would guess was marketing speak for "Entirely synthesised in a chemical factory". :eek::mrgreen:

Including Mercury, arsenic, etc, etc.. (very small quantities) Still it look purtie. Looks a bit like bath salts, which it is also used as.
