What is OFF RT AND BUS on glow worm boiler?

Alls good got it going. One of thr links was missing so I made my own

Now my next task is to work out if my thermostat relay will wire into an APT timer clock

Am I missing something?
That link is to run heating. Hot water is activated by combination part of the circuit when a hot tap is run.
That link would be required if boiler is a heat only appliance.

I was of the same thinking Dan, but it seems it’s needed to operate dhw too? Sch day for me too

So the dhw should have worked without? Tbf, OP would have needed a link anyway as room stat was being taken out.

Yes, without 24V RT link the DHW would work fine. Same as when the stat has no call for heat, it breaks that connection, and makes it on demand, but the DHW works all the time.

That boiler was bad for people pressing the menu button and turning the DHW off at the display, (needs to show tap and rad symbol at all times, pressing menu would turn tap off and shut off DHW function)
