What Material is this around Heating Pipe?

Hi All,

I was properly inspecting my old Warm Air heating system for the first time today and noticed the pictured material around the pipe the goes from the system into the wall.

What material is this and is it anything to be concerned about.

Property age circa 1965. I appreciate the panel material above it appears to be asbestos.

Mortar? Fire cement? Can't really tell from a photo.

Nothing to worry about and that flue wasnt installed in 1965 it is a replacement, the mat thing above it may be asbestos though not sure why its there
