Assuming you have these to hand already? Otherwise just use whatever you have.
If I'd already chucked a couple of bags of postmix in then I would imagine the posts would be secure enough to just backfill the top with rubble, then soil to cover.

Can't go wrong with postcrete. I bodged up a small border support using the ends of two GKN pallets with an inch thick piece of waste wood, filled in the middle and just poured water. Cement skim over the top. Sorted. Marvellous stuff.
