what to look for in a table saw?

Hi all, is there anything I should look for when buying a table saw?

I will be using it for general work making shelving and units.

Will £100-150 get me anywhere?

I'm busy repairing a Clarke (Machine Mart) CTS10D - and for the price it has an excellent sized table, reasonable fence and riving knife......don't know how they do it for £180.
Dust extraction port, overload cut out etc.
Trouble is, a new motor costs £120 but thats not my problem

cheap saws can sound like tractors
induction motors are a lot quieter but more expensive

I would consider a track saw.
