You could replace with a standard screw thru a washer.
It’s an Allen head screw , can be purchased but not essential .

Thanks. It's for a chair. 1 screw fell out today and it won't stay together without it. Would these do as a replacement?

The original screw is a pan head allen......but we don’t know if it has a machined thread or a standard screwed one.
Remove one and give us a look!

It looks like it could be a rivet to me, a badly formed pop-rivet?
Second pic shows it as an allen/hex head fitting.
@5 albert square, you need to show us what the thread is like. If it's a 'machine screw' it will be the same diameter all the way to the tip. If the tip has a point like a normal wood screw it will be a self tapper. Either way, you will need to know what the diameter and length is so you can buy the right size.

It might be a button-head screw, commonly used to fix fairings and other plastic parts onto motorcycles, usually Allen key, in satin black or plated silvery, or stainless.

Also available are flanged button-headed
