only on the first 2500L? how do they regulate that then john? what i mean is if you get cought , how would they know if you have used 2500 L or 25000L?

It;'s quite simple steve, you keep records, allegedly, write your usage down in a book I guess. Its so common and smells like biodeisel no one will bat an eye lid these days, even if they ask you can just say it's biodiesel.

(Not all diesels will run on veg oil)
