What's causing my boiler to lose pressure

Hope no one minds me jumping in here, but we have a similar problem, and I came her to look for help.
Pressure keeps dropping.
Also water leaks out from the boiler, about a cupful every few days.
And sometimes when it is starting up it makes a terrible racket, as if it is about to break.
Hot water no longer constantly hot.
Boiler is about 10 years old.
Worcester Bosch 35 CDi ll.
Any suggestions?
I do not know any good local plumber so would like to feel a bit informed before I make some phone calls.
