What's Going On? Who's Resurrecting All These Old Threads?

Half of the threads/topics in Plumbing and Ch seem to have been resurrected from 5 years ago.

I start reading a thread from the beginning thinking its new, but its only the last one or two posts that are recent.

Why is this? Never known this before.

Is someone doing this to make the site look buisier, or is it just the time of the year??

'Who controls it'? No one controls it mate. In fact it's almost self moderated. It's 'run' by the members who have right of access.

Perhaps people are reading the resurrected posts and reading the bickering going on between rival companies, which in the end is not helping the initial request for help made, and they are seeking other forum websites for their answers!

In turn they are not promoting or giving a good impression customers have on our professions or themselves. If they want to slag off each other then that can be debated in the appropriate forums.
