You still might be able to fish a cable in the cavity between the light position and the bottom of the soffit. And run trunking across tight under the soffit.
And also, let's have a look at the bottom of the doors, where there is presumably a sill.

I will chase up the internal wall, through the ceiling then down to lamp B
I wish I was confident/comfortable removing/installing fascias/soffit. Feeding the cable through here would have been the least disruptive method
