Where to get custom aluminium piece?

I want to throw a simple ally shelf up on a wall as a spice rack, so very simply a long strip with a couple of longtitudinal bends for fixing and apron.... people are selling lengths of such on ebay but seem way too expensive for what they are. Where might i get one of these things knocked up to suit.. esp. anywhere in east/central london?

Any Engineering firm will make one for about forty pounds. may be a bit more, it depends on there overheads! eBay will be a lot cheaper.

When some chinaman is knocking out several thousand a day they are cheap, if you want a one off at UK labour rates then it costs more

you might mind some 50mm equal angle would do the trick, ex-stock, also at some DIY sheds
