I need to get a Ratchet set for general use. But seem to be different size i.e 3/8", 1/4", 1/2" Ratchet. What is the difference between them?

I would prefer to get a size that could take my drill's screwdriver bit. Could someone help me with the choice?

It depends on what you intend to use the ratchet for - 1/4" drive are great for small bolts up to 12mm, 3/8 good for general use, and 1/2" drive for bigger nuts and bolts.
These are all square drive so you'll need a converter to fit screwdriver bits - Halfords do a good range, and so do Laser tools.
John :)

screwfix often have some very good bahco and britool kits on offer. I have a 100ish piece set but rarley get it out as do most off my work with a small 3/8" kit I keep in my tool kit.
