well i could have blindly gone into it but i sought advice. it wud be nice to actually get some without the smart a**e comments. So now i know that i am doing the job and it complies . Its safer than it was before i started. so i can sleep soundly.by the way johnd ....none of ur business!

look i wud gladly swap to pme but the DNO are getting back to me as to whether it is available. the company that i work for wont foot the bill for a split load RCD consumer unit. and the customer is not liable for the bill because all they wanted was a new kitchen and wen i discovered the faults , it was the surveyor that missed them. Out of my hands. i think that a new 2 way for the sockets and shower wud be a good aternative but i have been assured by my company that as long as i have one RCD socket for outdoor equipment and that i make it clear on my EIC that that is the only socket that the customer can safely use for those purposes, then i have done my job and it will comply. so now im ready for it!! go for it now you know wot i do!! and no, i dont have to notify any work so hit me for the 2nd time!!

its really nice to know that some of u arent quite as smart as u like to think u are!!!

Personally, no I don't need to notify any of my work to LABC owing to the fact it is not domestic. So why do you feel you are above the law?
Have I said something to upset you, or does the truth hurt?

i am not above the law and you have no right to assume that i work illegally!! the reason that i dont have to notify is because i self certify!! and you may not like it but its the truth

Firstly I did not assume. You stated that you do not need to notify. Failure to notify certain works, in England and Wales, is against the law i.e. illegal.
Being a member of a self certification scheme will mean LABC are notified via the self cert scheme.

ummmm yea u did assume. u said y do i think i dont have to notify. dont try to be clever . the fact is that i dont have to notify. end of

So why did you write:
