Which room stat for an Alpha 20E

Guys,

I have an Alpha 240E in one of my houses, up until recently I had an external programmer and room stat, these were reomved when the house was renovated.

The electraician I use is going to wire in a new roomstat (and add the optional clock to the boiler). However he has left me to purchase the roomstat and clock. The clock has been no problem, however I'm unsure as to which room stat to purchase. The sparky said he'll w ire it in to either a two or three core and earth cable.

Can any of you recommend a suitable room stat, preferably from Toolstation or Screwfix.

i am not a plumber or heating engineer, but i would suggest any electronic one, as they are (alegedly) more acurate, as your electricain has said he will use either 2 or 3 core with earth he is implying it doesnt matter which you get, you could even get a remote (radio) one

we have an electronic one that i got from the local shed, only becuse the shed was up the road at the time
