Sakara have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had a cistern with a pin hole leak, phoned up the rep, who said take a pic and send it to him. Sent pic and he agreed it was faulty told me to wait at the job till a fitter turned up. After a hour phoned back and told take it back and change it which merchant did, wasted bast part of a morning which they said I would be compensated for, still waiting 434 days later (I keep it on invoice to go to remind me how **** they are)
