I have one of these automatic kettles that makes a whisting noise when it boils and then switches off.
The whistiling noise is caused when a rocker switch on the top of the kettle activates and switches the kettle off.
The problem is that 9 times out of 10, the kettle will switch off before boiling any time after it is first switched on till half-way through the boiling stage or at any stage in between and has to be switched back on manually!
Can this be rectified or is it something I will just have to live with?
