I bow to your superior knowledge of prebuescent 9 year old boys.
And so you should! Not only can I spell it correctly, but I have a 13 year old stepson who was once 9.

And, oh boy, did he have more brain cells than you, even at that tender age

dont cheat and do it with your hands...
can you?

and can you squat down, put your arms inside your legs, hands on the floor, elbows touching the insides of your knees and raise your bent legs up and balance on your hands?

can you stand with your hands up above your head and be prepared to answer questions that if you get wrong, means you will tickled merciless under the arms ?? can you do it without flinching???

of course you can!!

This is one that I can actually do, although the proof of it (to myself) just cost me several ripped tendons and a few minor hernias

Not even for one brief millisecond.

Er, if running away doesn't count as flinching, then yes.

Didn't you mean "can't"?

toffee, you have an indefatigable way of charming people that is hard to resist - can you not put it to even more use and soften up joe-90?

I did mean 'can' because I feel sure you would have a go!!!

i think you would crease up and yes... run away... but I do think you be up for the initial challenge and have a laugh. thats what counts.

Julie... you are a woman on a mission!

full steam ahead! ( I guess that that may have been funny had you not had a Diesel (I presume) boat!!!)

I guess you are working on joe work rather like how antibiotics work.(pun intended due to you being a nurse!)

once you start you must finish the course to wipe out the bacteria completely, otherwise it just gets immune and therefore worse!!!

What happened to his 'brain cells'? Did he lose them?

Well I was going to enlighted everyone as to where "1289" came from in my usename, but as this thread has degenerated into another joe-90 arguement, I wont.

nope  that would make me . . . 16? I was born in November 85.

I am not sure where 1289 comes from, but its used as the access codes to get into the back of a couple of the shops i have worked at. The managers at the 2 shops in question were sisters, they copied everything  I used it here 'cos i guessed its easy to remember as i use it 20 times a day at work!

Crafty - my surname is craft, all my mates call me crafty. It just stuck at school. Oh, and Craft has about 20 different spellings and pronunciations, inculding Croft, Crast, Kraft, Raft, Roft. And My first name can be spelt with a V or a PH, V being correct in my case. Its VERY rare that my name gets spelt correctly!

Think you've answered your own question there! ;)

You beat me to it! You never know what sort of nutters you are going to come across when you join an internet forum. I mean, there are one or two in here that I wouldn't fully trust, not mentioning any names....

No one should be fully trusting ANYONE on an internet forum, and come to think of it, most other places too.

  I will rephrase it then, especially for you Mr Oilman....

Whilst I would not give my trust fully to anyone whom I conversed with only on an internet forum. There are those whom I would not trust at all, not even in the slightest.

I have however made some extremely close and lasting friendships with others that I have met on other sites and conversed with by e-mail and then telephone.

One friend in particular I would trust with my life. We met on a doggy as in canine, not dogging for those of you with dirty minds!) forum and have become extremely close. In fact, both of our families have. She doesn't live too far from me and we spend quite a lot of time together. just because someone posts on a forum, it doesn't automatically mean that they are a psychopath!
