WINDOW 7 HELP & SUPPORT KEEPS POPPING UP.

I am running Windows 7 and the Windows Help & Support keeps popping up. I click the x to close this but this just leads to another page asking if the support was helpful. So I have click on 2 pages to get rid of it. I no sooner do that and it pops again.
Any suggestions please.
