Wireless thermostat for Baxi 105e

Hi all,

I have a Baxi 105e with digital timer and I'm looking at replacing it with this:

Here is a picture of the current wiring of the digital timer. Would it be a simple case of unwiring, slotting the new one in and re-wiring?
