Wiring a hive V3 receiver

Apologies I am diy savvy but not with this. I think I know how to wire this up to hive: 2 x blue to N, 2 x brown to L, then grey and black to 1&3. I have took my current EPH cover off and as per pic below they have cut my grey wire down, now won’t reach to 3. Is there any way round this with a loop to 1&3 etc or do I have to extend all wires. TIA all

Given your existing wiring, that's not quite right.

Try instead, on the single channel Hive receiver...

2 blues to N
2 browns to L
2 Green/Yellow to earth terminal
Black to terminal 3
Short Grey link wire between L and terminal 1
