Job is on hold already!!! Yes, you were right in questioning me, DO I REALLY UNDERSTAND ? Well I've put in 3 core wire ( 2 + earth)and when I've gone to make a connection it is as mentioned in a post above, 3 wire + earth !?

Start again, off out to buy some 3 + earth.

Well, I did what ya told me, I put red to red, and green to green, and blue it to bits

With a bit of help from you chaps and a lot of common sense I got the job done

I'm sitting here with a glass of wine listening to Chris Rea so I must still be alive. Or is this heaven
