Wiring of Vortice Lineo 100 T V0 in a non timer config

Hi there I wounder if someone can help me with a wiring issue I am having with a replacement bathroom fan.

I picked up this Vortice Lineo 100 T V0 fan as the existing fan I am replacing was really struggling to clear an en-suite of steam after showing.

The fan that I am replacing does not have a timer function but from what I tell looking at the Voitice documentation it does.

Can anyone confirm how I can wire this in a non timed configuration.

Page 19 section E

So when I wire up the live and neutral across L2 and N1 the fan does not spin.

I am sure I am missing something basic.

Any help suggestions greatly appreciated.

Firstly
N to N1
L to L2

then
link L2, 3, and 4 for maximum speed
or link L2,3, and 5 for minimum speed
