Agreed but a complaint to the council about cutting the grass will not be followed up but a workshop would.
 
My wife loves the idea of extra storage for her pickles and jam :giggle:.
Someone on another forum saw the pictures and said that the neighbours ground level would count as the highest point and is equal to the highest slab, from which the 2.5m height should count, so I don't need to dig down and start all over again. What do you think?
 
Didnt know abut the higest point being taken afrom the neighbours sid "thing" but I wuld check the regs on that first. I would still want to investigate what that concrete is. Once you get that rough slapped on top I think you might see a load of rubble infill if it is ashelter
