Worcester 28CDI boiler broken knob

Hi all
I have a worcester 28cdi boiler. The problem is the knob that controls the heating as broken off. Leaving a part still inside. I now cannot turn the heating on. Is there a way I can open the control panel to try and remove the broken part.
