It felt a bit like a McDonalds kitchen, but it was an oil rig, the mud was heavy enough for aluminium to float on it.
Think big, the stack resting on the seabed was 450 Tonnes, we could pump at quite high volume with up to 5,000 hp at up to 5000psi, and at lower volume up to 2000Bar, but only 1700Hp for that.


Somewhere on holiday I got chatting with someone who worked at Clarks shoes in the returns department, and with mens shoes returned, a common response was on the lines of "We aim to please, can you aim too, please" as a reason for the stitch failure.
