Hi all
I'm looking to buy a victorian terrace in East London with the idea that I'd have (hopefully) enough left over to build a side extension, second story box, attic conversion and third story box. I'll probably have around £125k, possibly £140k if I have to take an extra loan.
It's one of the houses on the left in the image below that already has a half-width rear extension, but no second story extension. There are houses in the row, to the right, that look like they had a 2nd story extension already and have been further extended.
What are the chances of getting planning permission to create something like the house on the far right?
And advice is much appreciated!
Cheers
Jake
Edit: I'm so sorry I spelt storey wrong
