Wren Kitchen Unit questions

I bought a kitchen from Wren a year ago, and the installation went smoothly. Everything good.
But I now want to change a few things around, and am struggling to get any meaningful 'support' or advice from them.

Specifically:

- I want to swap round the locations of some 'drawers' and 'cupboards'. Not the shell casings, obviously. I just mean the internal draws and shelve/doors of the cupboards. Is it reasonably easy to 'uninstall' the drawers (that looks the hardest part). How's it done?!

- is it possible to order a single extra wall-mounted cupboard from them? They stores seem designed to sell 'complete kitchens', and the salesmen seem very uninterested in ordering a single extra cupboard for me.

Swopping door for draw units is possible assuming unit are same size , you would need to transfer hole positions for draws to unit.
As for Wren you have discovered why they often get poor reviews .
