help my two week old yale alarm control panel has went dead i tried the factory reset and get nothing
theres no display there is no sound when pressing the buttons the only thing i have got is a permemnant backlight display no indications from anything no leds showing on the panel please help

Is the transformer that charges the system working correctly?

have you tested to see it gives the right voltage?

I suspect the transformer is probably only outputting 6v...
