Zanussi ZBF360X built-in oven: Clock problem

The clock on the oven has been malfunctioning was some time. If I set the time then it resets to 12:00 by itself within 10 mins and the alarm goes off. Thankfully, the oven and hob both work fine so the clock problem is basically just irritating... means we have to turn the oven off at the wall all the time.

Is it possible to isolate the clock to stop this problem occurring?
