You seem to know a lot of stuff about boilers, sorry that i did not as the right question in my post, but do you have any thing to help me with draining my boiler via the ( CH circuit drain ) can find the pipe but cannot find the TAP. 3.( From from Installation manual (To drain the primary heat exchanger circuit: Open the drain
valve and attach a length of hose to the CH drain point.) i Mini C24.

if your filling loop has been connected properly (many are not) then you can use that to drain the boiler

Hi Sparky,
I am looking for some help please. We moved into our house in September, we was given fobs for the alarm but no passcode.
We had some work done and the work men discounted the internal alarm pad since then there is a orange light next to the warning symbol.
If I scan the fob it says
“ 1 problem(s)”
Set ?
And then if u try a code it says
Call installer

Hi, I wanted to get some advise of you as you have converted your garage into a living space. I own a new build Taylor Wimpey house with integrated garage which is only 2 year old. I wanted to know that did you have to dig up the flooring or was it insulated as the foundation of the entire house is the same level, would really apricate your help. Many thanks

I have attended an ACE HIGH combi and the fault I have is that it will go through the start-up sequence, the burner strikes up then after about 2 secs it drops out and the 'Power' LED (green) flashes and needs to be manually reset.
I have gone to the manual and can find no reference to flashing LEDs in the fault finding section.
DHW seems fine so obviously, flame rec, air pres sw, thermistors etc must be OK.
