So within 15 mins of walking you’ll have a new or existing hospital ?
If they're not as good as the ones farther away then logic suggests if you could afford it you'd prefer to go to the one farther away. Isn't this what we will be confronted in the future as people resort to going private as the NHS is rundown to force people to go private.
