The question is:

How will it affect tradesmen travelling to jobs, not all jobs are on our door step?

There’s been talk of a limit to the number of days that can be travelled. After that it costs.

Also the “carbon” pass or similar will be along shortly.

While Bill Gates flies about in his private jet producing more carbon emissions than well ever produce. But, hey that’s not double standards.
