I read that you are allowed 100 passes out of your zone, after that you wil be charged.
Is that for the Oxford scheme? That is the traffic reduction scheme that they have added. Not really a 15 minute city concept.

If it is the Oxford scheme then you can still travel anywhere and how often you like. It may mean taking other roads. Again, there is no charge.

So a massive hassle just there! No one’s ever going to be on time again.
Like I wrote, that is an Oxford traffic reducing measure, not a 15 minute city one.

Convenient, I'd say. Otherwise I can remain blissfully ambivalent to anything that I'm not affected by. In other words, who gives a chuff.
A logical answer.

That’s most people’s view I’d say. Until it’s on their doorstep and then it’s not.

You did write it, I read it. But it’s not true.

You obviously haven’t researched this so as I said I’ll leave it there. I want this thread to stay civil and open.

I’m a changed man.

But it’s not true.

"Oxford's city council last year approved a 20-year urban development plan to create neighborhoods where essential services are accessible by walking no more than 15 minutes. Opponents appear to have confused that commitment with a separate Oxfordshire County Council circulation plan designed to reduce through-traffic within the city."

It’s a lot bigger than Oxfordshire!

There’s been no stop issues. Cameras damaged and removed. Things set on fire, the traffic bollards damaged.

That doesn’t sound like freedom to me? Sounds like frustration.

I'm not seeing the inconvenience? Where is the issue? They seem like fairly banal entities to me. What's the fuss?

Where? Be specific.
No I’ve been dragged into far too many pointless arguments with you.

It’s easy enough to find if you really want. I don’t think you do though.

No one in any 15 minute city is happy.

I only asked you for an example because I don't know of any. You don't want to say, that's fine...

That is just an absurd claim.
It might be a bit broad. But the riots and damage say the majority aren’t happy.
