Agreed, customer had a faulty bit of kit and not realising she was tripping RCD's she plugged it into all 5 socket circuits [2 rings, kitchen ring, outside socket & garage] 2 of the 5 RCBO's went floppy and wouldn't reset, just like those that half trip IIRC, if that makes sense.
As it's my only contact with them I don't know if it's a general problem.
