3 phase supply

Can anyone let me know what the best way of going about installing a 3 phase supply to my lock up, i've included a photo of the main incoming supply as it is, but as this is only single phase will i need to contact my local electric supplier or can an electrician tap off what is already there?

You need to conact your supplier to get a three phase meter installed.

Is it definately three phase to the service head or just single phase and the DNO installed a three phase head?

If it's the latter then it will cost alot more.
