That Wago thing could in theory be used in the ceiling.
A far better choice is to not have any junction box in the ceiling, which is achieved by having the cable taken from consumer unit to the 1st switch, and then to the 2nd one. Or have a separate circuit for each item.
NHRS6604 is a split load thing - this new circuit(s) will very likely need to have RCD protection.

There is already a junction box in the ceiling.

Can't see any benefit in doing lots of new cable runs, just to remove 1 junction
