32Gb microsd card with on board wifi or bluetooth?

do these exist? my wife received a bird feeding station for xmas with a built-in camera. it works well but it would be great if she could look at the card contents of the camera from the house (its just outside so wifi or bluetooth signal would be fine.

Ive seen SD cards with wifi but not microsd......have I just been crap at googling it?
