The French coast has everything to do with the French, but there is no French law saying that these people can't leave France, is there? And France didn't sign a treaty to protect our borders, did they? In which case, it's our problem, not France's. After all - we've taken back control of our borders... Our borders - our problem (so not the EU, France or anyone else)

I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that Brexiteers are like those "modern" parents who won't take responsibility for their own kids and think that everyone else should be responsible for them.

You are right. After these migrants have left French territorial waters it is absolutely nothing to do with the French. And when they enter our territorial waters it becomes our problem. I understand that. Do you?

Im not sure people understand whats going on, or even what we wanted.

Our borders, our issue.

Luckily we have a Government that knows what to do, and has been doing for years now.

Brexit would cure the immigration issues of course wouldnt it.

I'm still left wondering if the people who think that the French are responsible for ensuring people don't leave France to come here also think that we are responsible for ensuring that once people are here they aren't allowed to travel to Ireland or back to France
