Is this faux news?
Wonder if it end of the line for Fox especially when there is another claim amounting to $2.7 billion

Shame we didn't get to see the lying gits on the stand, but not a bad result for Dominion. Much more to come...

We already know, from Fox News emails and messages published in February as part of the legal case, that many Fox executives and presenters didn't believe claims of voter fraud - but broadcast them anyway.
The network carried on giving a platform to people endorsing the views of Donald Trump and his supporters that the election had been stolen - in part, it seems, because it didn't want to upset its viewers.

That bit might hurt all those that believe the election was stolen from Trump

I can't help wondering how it would have come out had be been further forwards with AI and convincing fakery. So many people honestly believed that Trump had won, that they would have felt justified in providing "evidence" to prove it.
Ponce Andrew was - until he opened his mouth - significantly damaged by that photo of him and the girl in the doorway, which could well have been photoshopped. Imagine if there were some video.

Even tne conspiracy theorists are struggling in the face of the evidence on this one. Incedibly the damages were only half fock’s annual profit. Murdock has to prove himself a fit and proper person to run his tv channel in the uk. Corbin would have stripped him of the franchise there and then, starmmer is likely to cosy up to him though.

Blup

They won't even know there has been a settlement. I think Fox dedicated about 30 seconds to the story. Gotta keep those old white boys enraged. That means showing bad black people, migrants at the border and Hunter Biden's lap-top. "...trial, what trial..."

andy still thinks Trump won the election, bless his gammon socks.

The damages of less than a billion bux is a drop in the bucket compared to the profit of $14 billion last year.

As the 'news' network did not have to issue an apology or a retraction of their false statements, once again Money talks and Murdoch's bullshit walks free of public censure.

Afaik the settlement figure quoted excludes legal fees /costs

So that’s on top of the settlement ???

The election was stolen from Trump.
Do you mean:

I believe the election was stolen from Trump

Or do you mean

The election was stolen from Trump

The second implies you know this to be a fact and not just an assertion?

I wonder if any of them are resigning or being sacked?
