What i find a bit disturbing too is this:

So would Mr Justice Keith think it slightly easier to stomach if Maden had snatched a stranger from a park? :eek:
 
I don't think he meant it that way, obviously...but how cold blooded to phone your own sister to get her to send her child to her death. That's almost beyond belief to me. What's more worrying I think is that now he knows he'll never come out, what's to stop him killing again and again.
He's proved he can kill without conscience, I wouldn't fancy being anywhere near him, as a guard or fellow prisoner.

The poor girl made to endure a slow death is hard to even contemplate. I could not read the rest of the news item after the initial details. Very, very sad

As to punishment, capital punishment or instant death is a bit too easy for the guy. Some sort of physical lasting reminder and a long life of hardship would be more appropriate

And I favour a prominent,permanent branding on the face for all convicted sex crimes

The other prisoners are going to love having him around, and I'm sure there will be a guard or 2 who suddenly have to take someone off the wing for 10 minutes.

This character does make a perfect case for the death penalty, though I'm sure there'll still be some lily livered gobsh*tes who think differently.
I agree with woody though, doing him in quick would be too good for him.
Maybe bring back some of the old medieval methods. :evil:

How does he? There are so many people that think that there are so many colours of white, but there isn't black and white? Have you ever heard or dealt with mental health issues? Do you understand these issues in modern society? or do you want to go around murdering people indisciminary, at your discretion? So WHO is the mental nutcase murdering people, the person that did it, or the person that advocated to kill the person that did it? Who is the butcher?

Ok MM, so in your world, this person should have millions of taxpayers money, your money if you are employed, spent on sessions with a psychiatrist in some hospital, in an effort to understand why they committed this act, and then try to cure them ? Can't see how this would help anyone.
