A number of asylum

I'm hoping it's an effective deterant as I take no pleasure in people wanting a better life dying in trying for it.
The number of illegals dying crossing the Channel is miniscule ........... less than 1%.

I don't 'take pleasure' in it but it doesn't bother me either.

Although highly unlikely, if they don't want to drown in the English Channel, don't cross it in a dinghy ...... simples!

I'd like to see Tottenham and its supporters deported and made to play in the Rwandan national league.

what would you do when faced with famine, drought, war and all the problems faced by these people.
jump on a dinghy ,pretend i’m 15 and leave the wife and kids at home to face it alone obviously.

Presumably they will learn in the same way they learned that the UK is the land of milk and honey. After all, they’ve learned to go straight through Italy (safe from famine, drought and war) , through France (also safe fron famine, drought and war) then on to the UK. Remember, it’s only single men that are going to be sent to Rwanda not women, not kids and not families. Why do you think they bypass two safe countries to get to the UK? Don’t trot out the usual claptrap about them having a community here or because they can speak the language - if the first is true we need to break that cycle and if the second is true, they can speak that in Rwanda.
The reason is because there are many millions of displaced people and they disperse over many countries.

A few, choose to come to UK, mostly because they have connections here or speak English.

Weve been through all this, why are you incapable of learning?

That's what any decent young man would do... the wife and kids always slow the men down.
That is true, I posted a number of links a few weeks back about this in response to Mottie….he never replied, clearly he is too much of a coward to admit he is wrong

And like I said, we need to break those 'connections' otherwise they will go on for evermore. Let their connections start in Rwanda.

I drove through Essex a few days ago - there’s loads and loads of space for asylum seekers.

And it would raise the tone of the county

But you couldn't park, hence the drive through.

we should accept some refugees, that’s what decent countries do.

it’s illegal to send them to Rwanda, it’s just a dead cat to appeal to the base - it won’t be successful, as Australia proves
