You should not confuse EMI with EMF. My understanding is that the Graham/Steitzer filter has been discredited. See for example http://www.emfandhealth.com/EHS Scams.html
I met a university professor some years ago who spent some time expounding his "scientific proof" that the Earth is flat, and it is only the effect of "circular magnetic fields" that makes us think otherwise.
Ive just read the page you have listed, and while i think some of the items they list there, could be sold under misleading facts, such as stick on devices that absorb or dissolved mobile phone microwave radiation.
A person who has the equipment and understanding can make a decision for them selves, but also the evidence documented by Dr Magda Havas PhD, has shown that this issue with electricity and effects of Electronic equipment, dirty electric, bluetooth and wifi based products, and wireless home phones especially dect phones, do make a difference to peoples health.
This video she uploaded by her, shows blood evidence thats possibly been seen before by other doctors who have reviewed blood under the microscope, but possibly didn't know why.

I have three of those Dirty Electric Filters, and they have made a noticeable difference on my PC and plasma tv equipment in the living room, which most importantly i can feel. They cost me £150 for three, and they make a noticeable difference for others who live in the house. I even performed a blind test, by remove them and asking people if they felt different, and they noticed the difference, they felt more peaceful and relaxed when they were re-inserted in to the mains, with the equipment on and in the same state before and after they were re-inserted.
This is advanced science we are discussing, the basic science of apples falling is much easier to prove. The fact that we have scientific communities launching particles around the Large Hadron Collider should be enough to know that is not all what we can see.
I would say just gravity.
Otherwise, how come it can rotate either way?
Thats an interesting point. I sore it on tv and it looked plausible, but it could have been a trick.
Update:::
It looks like it could be more plausible than just a trick... the small details of the world do make a difference, and this video shows that its not completely impossible. the guy used the same sink, and it looks plausible, like static on a nylon rod.
