Advice for dormer window leak.

I don't think the hose we've got is long enough to reach the upper floor from the tap. I did think about that idea and tried chucking jugs of water up there but it wasn't enough. With it being a slow leak it takes time to before water reaches below. Like some days we can have a rain shower and it's not enough to cause drips in the room. Whatever the hole is it is tiny.

With it being such a small leak I've decided I'm not rushing to fix it especially after last time. I'm probably going to cut into the wall in the bedroom to see directly behind the dormer and see if I can see light or where the water is entering, but I need to find time for that job. I want to cut it in such a way that I can build a cupboard in there.
